In most instances, new civilian employees are required to establish residency in the city of St. Louis within 90 days of employment. Apply now! Application forms are available to the right. Completed applications should be submitted in person Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Applications may also be submitted via U.S. mail.
